Husband and Baby

Last night I had a very bizarre dream. I dreamt that I was pregnant, by my husband and we are seperated. This is also strange because I recently found out that having a child may be near impossible for me. My husband and I are seperated right now and I have been contemplating going back to him. So, the dream went like this:
I was with my husband at a house my husband lived in, his mom and sister were there. I left to go to the bathroom and came back and my mom was there and I told her it was time to go to the hospital, that I was in labor. Before we went to the hospital, I found a card to my husband from a girl and asked him about it. He said that he had been seeing for about a year and a half, all I said was "oh, ok"(CRAZY!!). We went to the hospital but I had to walk there. I got there and it was full of people I didnt know. No one that I had come there with was still there. My husband then showed up and we argued about what we were going to name the baby.
That was it...then I woke up. Can't figure out what this is all about!! Any insights are appreciated!
